Dawn of a New Day...

So, after much deliberation with those that matter to me... I have made a couple of decisions... they are both rather scenario-based... so here goes...

Scenario #1

This is my most hopeful scenario... I am deemed not qualified for the job that I wanted to bump into... therefor opening my option to take a severance package... and I move to Calgary!

Scenario #2

I get the job that I chose to bump into and I go, get the experience for a bit, and continue to look for employment in Calgary... and I move to Calgary!!

So - you see that I am eventually going to end up in Cow-town... it is just a matter of time. I am going to put my house on the market and see what happens with it... hopefully it sells reasonably soon and I can pocket a few grand... and then I am outta dodge... heading for the high life of Alberta beef, oil patches and the World Famous Calgary Stampede...

Now I just have to get over the fact that I will be paying $1000 a month for a two-bedroom apartment... oh well... the price I am willing to pay for a change!! Yeehaw!

Guess I better buy a cowboy hat...
