Sometimes I Wonder...

Who in life I have pissed off enough to have a broken furnace in the middle of a freaking -45 degree C (with windchill... -36 degrees C without) cold snap?

I mean... if I have done anything to anyone that meant that somehow I deserved this... can you come forward so that I can at least apologize so that I can get my utilities back on track? And make it so that I don't have to see my breath in my own apartment?
