Baked...

I am baked out. Not baked (as a side... I have never tried marijuana... call me crazy but I figure if I've gotten this far in life without trying it, there really isn't much point now)... but baked out. Totally.
Yesterday involved baking gingerbread, chocolate gingerbread, and these dried cherry and almond cookies (the verdict is still out on those)...
Today I try the peanut butter marshmallow square recipe I found here...
And then I will probably eat them all and have to make more.
If Christmas baking doesn't make me a diabetic, I don't know what will.

Wow, this does not sound like typical Carmen behavior at all. What happened?
If you get a second wind I'd recommend the whipped shortbread, butter cookies and sandies in my book. For some reason I'm really not interested in cookies yet but I'm sure I'll start looking up low sugar gluten free ones to test on Kevin once I get home!
chocolate gingerbread? I want some. Now.
