In the news today was a story of a retarded asshole guy that, in the throws of a domestic dispute, used his chihuahua as "leverage" and left it outside to freeze. To death.

He should be left out in the same -35C (-31F) weather with his pecker hanging out and see how he feels.
And, as a friend put it, he should be drenched in water first.
