We Came, We Played, We Lost {I Sucked}...

Well, we came in second in our league. I was a star - I had one penalty and a penalty shot called against me - I might as well have stayed at home. I think I was on for all seven goals against (well - that is a slight exaggeration... but not much!) The reffing was atrocious (both teams agreed on this) - and I happened to tell them that numerous times using numerous expletives (I have this mean nasty me that comes out when I am playing sports and we are losing and getting the short end of the stick when it comes to reffing) - and the other team decided to be a bunch of nasty beeatches at the end of the game - so much that one of their players came in an apologized to our team. But, with us being an awesome team, we were upset - but we don't put blame on anyone - it is the best team to play for. As much as we like winning, we never pressure our teammates and we are all pretty good friends - so - as much as I don't like playing nasty beeatch teams I will keep playing next year.

Tomorrow is my Mommy's birthday - she is turning 29 for the 26th time (which means this year I will be turning 29 for the 2nd time!!). She is more affectionately known to me as Mo... I guess I was to lazy to say Mom - I think that started when I was in high school. So Happy Birthday Mo - I love you (but I do have a Cougars game tomorrow night but I will try and call as soon as I get home - and oh yeah - your present is in the mail - or it will be tomorrow... ooops!).

Thanks for the Birthday wish, but I'm not really 29 again. I think starting next year I'll start going backwards and I'll meet you in the middle somewhere. Congrats on your second place win. Enjoy your Hockey game tonight. I got a palm sander from John for my birthday with a dust bag attached. Now I can sand all the doors in the house and paint them. Sure will beat hand sanding and filling like I did with the bathroom door.

p.s. That was my post above - the Jennifer with one "n" in Carmen's life (aka 'Little Jen'), as opposed to the Jennifer with two "n's". :-)

  4. Yes, I am the jenn with two nn's. And if anyone is tracking, I'd like a hand sander.
