Good-bye Girls... the one about my boobs...

August 25, 2009.

The days I will say good-bye to the two girls that have been with me through everything, whether I wanted them there or not.

My boobs.

I have been waiting AGES to meet with a plastic surgeon to see if I am eligible for a breast reduction (and by eligible - I mean one that I don't have to pay for... one that my wonderful government will deem medically necessary...).

And after being told that I have big boobs* (umm... yeah... I kinda sorta knew that)... I was given a surgery date.

And was then told that it would all look better if I added a breast lift to it all.

At a cost of $3000.00.

I have until the beginning of August to decide whether or not I want to do the extra procedure. I mean - three grand is a lot of beans... like a trip to the British Isles kind of beans.

But until then, I am going to count down the number of days until I can change these girls in for a smaller, perkier pair.

Sayonara boobs!

* Ha! to all the people that got here by searching for 'big boobs'... the joke is on you!

  1. Oooh exciting!
Three grand is a lot of money, but added perkiness is always nice.

  2. Now you get to deal with men asking:
    1) If you can donate some to their girlfriend/wife
    2) If they can see them, either one last time or just before
    3) WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT? You'll hear how you are going against all humanity and manhood by denying the world your boobs.

    This I know.

  3. I don't know, but you might want to just casually check into this. I thought the lift just kinda happened with the reduction. I know mine were certainly UP THERE afterward.

But possibly there was MORE I could have had done! Oh yeah, and I found out you don't joke with them about getting lipo at the same time and point to your belly. They will just reply in all seriousness that no, a tummy tuck is better if there is overhang.

SHUT UP I AM A PERFECT PRINCESS YOU WANKER!!

    *sigh*

I'm with Jenn, mine could probably be perkier with a lift, but the comparison from before and after reduction is a 1000 times better. I swear mine were never this perky from the start. You want a reduction, you're not changing careers to be nude model or stripper. Take a trip instead, less recovery time! Love Mo

  5. i'm super excited for you.

in a way that i can't relate at all, as it would be a sad, sad day if someone took any of my boobage away - but i know people that have had the surgery done and they feel AMAZING afterwards. (okay, maybe not RIGHT afterwards, but you get what i'm saying).

good luck with it all, and with the perky decision too =)
