I think it's time for me to answer some of Chelsea's Ten on Tuesday questions again... Ten on Tuesday is hosted over at Roots and Rings.
1. What is your favorite Pixar movie? Have you seen all of them?
Toy Story... I liked the first and third ones the best. When Mr. Potato Head's head is a tortilla? I laughed until I could laugh no more.
2. Do you enjoy soccer?
I do... but I don't watch normal club play - I watch soccer events like World Cup and Euro Cup. I can cheer for a bunch of "home" teams due to my multiple citizenships (Canada - if they ever make it, England, Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland)... but I seem to always have a soft spot for the Netherlands and Germany.
3. Are you musical?
My bio-dad was a band teacher, so I was in band (playing the flute) at age 7. So yeah, I have been musical, but I didn't really like the practicing part... so now I just play the radio (that is my mom's line).
4. How many push-ups can you do?
Real ones or girlie ones? Probably not too many.
5. Did you have braces when you were younger?
Yes - but not for long. I used to have fangs and now I don't. And I only had them on my top teeth. My overbite is still there, but now you can't fit your thumb in the gap.
6. Summer or winter? Coffee or tea? Wedges or flats?
Winter... but only because I don't do heat well. If it is a cool summer I'm all over it.
Tea... Tim Horton's XL steeped tea with three milk and three sweetener.
Flats... being almost 6' tall wedges are not in my vocabulary for a number of reasons - being freaky tall and breaking my ankles are two of the reasons.
7. Do you buy new or used cars?
My first three cars were used, but most recent two were new. I now have a car that I'll probably have for a few years after it's paid off even!
8. Are you afraid of needles?
Nope... do I like them - meh, but I'm not afraid of them.
9. Do you get cranky when you’re tired or hungry?
Yup... and I get headaches too. I'm fun to be around when I'm super hungry.
10. Write your newest favorite recipe.
I have been rather impressed with the simplicity of this recipe for Crockpot Chicken Tacos... and the leftovers reheat well (and considering I hate leftovers, this is a good thing!).
