The recipes must taste good (duh) and be reasonably healthy. They also have to make decent leftovers (as a side I generally hate leftovers with a passion, but there are certain foods I don't mind warmed up the next day).
Here's what I've come up with for the next couple of weeks:
Crockpot Chicken Tacos
I actually tried these last week and they are yummy! And heat up well the next day. I will definitely be adding them to my dinner rotation!

I made this last night... well attempted to in my crockpot. Note to all... don't try that at home - follow the instructions... I'll be re-making the recipe this weekend in a pot!
