Oh, Happy Sunday...

by - Sunday, November 12, 2006

So, while watching my BC Lions kick the butts of the Saskatchewan Roughriders, I made some "assembly line" additions for my craft fair next weekend... I just hope that it all sells!!

Here are my version of the "Poor Man's Toblerone"... there are actually five Hershey's Kisses in these cute little wrappers (using the Stampin' Up Gingerbread Man wheel)... these sell for $1.00 each - great for kids.

This is a new idea - "coal" for the bad girls and boys... I got the tins at the Dollar Store for 2/$1.00 - I put some licorice candy in the tin and added the little saying (and the A Muse Santa stamp)... these will go (hopefully) for $4.00.

My reindeer dust - these were a hit at the UNBC craft fair! A dash of glitter mixed in with some rolled oats, packaged with a saying (using the A Muse reindeer stamp) - these also go for $1.00.

And my last item made today... wooden ornaments. I bought these wooden ovals off eBay, used some Inky Antics stamps, watercolored them, drilled some holes and went 'country' using wire as the hanger... these go for $2.00 each or 3/$5.00...

Tomorrow I will (try to) showcase my microscope slide ornaments, and maybe a few more cards... let's just hope that next weekend isn't a bust!!

Holy crap Carmen, not only did you get a poop load done yesterday, all your ideas are great!!! You will need to expand and come to Calgary for a weekend to sell at a fair here...the Millarville one is huge and always busy.

I will keep up with picture posts if you keep showing off your newest creations....we love them (we being Joanne and myself, I showed her your blog the other day and she thinks you are very talented!)
