And... if you like chick flicks - you neeeeeeed to go and see What's Your Number.  This boy does so many things (half naked) that just make you sigh... and possibly need a cold shower.

I'll explain the whole why I was on a date with a co-worker instead of the date from POF that I had set up later... just keep looking at Chris Evans until then.

As I sit at my desk watching Portugal take on Brazil working diligently, I can't help but notice the amazingness (yes that's a word!) of some of the men on the pitch.  These men are gorgeous. And very worthy of the title of the Hottest Forward is...

After hours of research (by that I mean scouring the internet for pictures and watching every World Cup game on the TV... sometimes twice if it was a good game)... my vote for the hottest goaltender of the World Cup is...

It's been awhile since I've done a Hottie of the Week post... so I thought I would do a series of them to highlight some of the hotties of the FIFA World Cup of Soccer (Football) in South Africa. If the sounds of the vuvuzela don't drive me to a) drink excessively or b) kill myself because I have lost my mind thinking that a giant swarm of killer bees are after me, I'll be posting hotties, by position (and by that I mean position on the pitch, not the position that I want them in) throughout the next week.  At the end I'll crown my very own World Cup Hottie.

I am starting off the new year with a vow to get back to my Sunday Hotties of the Week... it honestly seems like every time I watch a movie with Colin Firth in it, I think about starting up my weekly posts again. And since I happen to be watching Love Actually this evening, I thought it was only fitting to post another British hottie for you all to ogle (yes, I just said ogle).

It has been a long time since I have crowned anyone my Sunday Hottie of the Week... it isn't because there aren't hot guys out there... it is because I am lazy.

I decided, that in honour of the fact that I watched "He's Just Not That Into You" last weekend, and also in honour of the fact that I think my saga of the guy and the ex-LIGF is almost over (it may actually be over since I haven't heard from him all weekend... granted, this would not be the first time I have been ignored on a weekend only to be pestered by texts during the week)... I bring you Bradley Cooper.
I will try not to hold it against him that he was the cheating slimeball in the movie...

I love CSI marathons (well, except CSI: Miami because David Caruso gives me the heebie jeebies)... and well... with CSI: NY marathons comes ample viewing of my current Hottie of the Week, Eddie Cahill (I won't hold it against him that he is a Rangers fan)...

And what could be better than a hottie holding a Stanley Cup? I mean seriously... you don't want to know what these pictures are doing to my loins...

I hope I can redeem myself after last weeks hottie... I will admit, that Seth Rogan was a very nontraditional hottie... but I am sure you will all agree that this weeks hottie is... well... hot. No - make that H. O. T.

In all his glory... here is Paul Walker...While I think that his Fast and the Furious movies have dumb names (The Fast and the Furious, 2 Fast 2 Furious, The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift and now Fast & Furious - and yes... I know he wasn't in all of them... but still)... just looking at those arms makes me swoon.

I don't know what it is about this boy... he's not gorgeous, and honestly, if he approached me in a bar I'd probably look the other way... but when I see him in movies and watch interviews with him, I smile a little bit... he's one of those guys that gets cuter and cuter as the movie goes on.

Maybe it's because he is Canadian... and we all know that Canada produces awesome comedic talent.

It is the NHL All Star Weekend... one of my favorite times of year (next to the World Junior Hockey Championships, the NHL playoffs and any time I do not have to be at work)... a time where players can have some fun, and really - a chance for me to see a lot of hot guys, on one rink, with their helmets off.

It is with this in mind that I bring you the first Hottie{s} of the Week for 2009 (yeah... I was slacking off for awhile... sorry about that)...

My blogging friend Chris (I say that even if he is an Oilers fan) over at Mother Pucker Hockey has been giving women a voice on his blog (not that he hasn't before... but really... hot guys and hockey - now that is a topic that will bring just about any female out to comment) for a few weeks now... first was a call for the Hot Shots of the NHL, then round one of Hockey Hottie voting... and he then narrowed it down to the Top 5 for the Hockey Hottie Final Round.

I am just happy that two of my suggestions made it to the final five... and really... I am almost more happy that I have been opened up to the wonderful world of Henrik Lundqvist. This man is dreamy... and foreign... with an accent... okay - I will stop now...
