It's all about water.
I am going to drown myself in anticipation of my weigh in on Saturday.
The manfriend tells me I'll digest better.
I think I'll just pee more.
I just hope it cleanses me. And makes me lose weight.
Did I mention I hate water? It's so... boring!

oh oh! water! I down 64 oz just at work, not including after. You get use to it.
ReplyDeletebut my favorite thing in the whole world is SELTZER water! its an acquired taste, but the bubbles make me think im having pop! especially if you put lemon in it.
or get the flavored seltzers (not sweetened bleh)
club soda has sodium but seltzer is just bubbly water!
The more you drink the more your body adjust and you don't pee as much. This is from someone who never drank water to someone who drinks at least 64oz at work each day and a whole lot more in the evening. Love Mo
