Hoping... and a Praying...
That is like totally from the My Best Friend's Wedding soundtrack... so I have a counter-offer to the counter-offer (sort of like a counter-counter-counter-offer) on tbe books and the prospective buyers are looking at the house for hopefully the last time. They had to bring over mom and dad - the co-signers. I hope that means that everything will go tickity-boo...
But alas... the issues... I still bave no apartment (partially because I haven't really looked at any - Karen is being totally awesome and calling around to places for me and I hope that one of them turns out)... and I still have no job... AND I have to be out of my house by August 2... which I think I can do - come hell or high water - maybe more hell... but even if I have to move it into storage I hope that it can be done. If I have to move to Calgary with nothing I will be okay - I can bring my BYOB (no - not beer but I have been thinking that perhaps I should start drinking - but my bring your own bed)... and shack up there...
So - for those of you who believe in Gahd... please pray for me... and the rest of you - well cross your fingers or braid your hair... puhleez...

CONGRATS on the sale of you r house!!! I now it sucks that possession is SO soon but you are strong and you can do it. It is such a grea thing for you to be doing and as for a place to live here, it will all work. You have all next week to get one of those.
