Cooking? Moi?

I've been searching the web lately (and many recipe books from the library) to find some healthy recipes. You see - there is life after Jenny Craig, and as much as I like just popping my meals into the microwave, I am actually looking forward to cooking.

Which is odd... because I usually don't like cooking... I like baking.

And while I am not turning aside any recipes I find for good baking, I know that I can no longer sit down and eat a whole banana bread. Yes - I have done that before - on more than one occasion.

I have found a couple of great recipe sites - and I am going to keep looking for more... but I just thought I would highlight a few I've found recently:

Smitten Kitchen
Gina's Weight Watchers Recipes
Back to the Cutting Board

I also found a place you can download one of the Biggest Loser Workout Mixes for free (trust me, I've looked high and low over the internet for these... they are normally about $9.99 on iTunes)... you may or may not like the songs, but they are great to stick on the iPod when you're going for a walk to keep your pace up.  I tried walking to the Glee soundtracks the other day, and while some songs are great (and I can sing to them which must look totally awesome as I'm walking in my neighbourhood) there are some slow and sappy ones, and my iPhone GPS app won't let me switch songs or it forgets where I am...

Try it... if you guys have any other great healthy recipe sites, or places to download some great workout music, let me know!
