Remember...

The night I got so fucking frustrated with the fact that I was (or still am) on hold with Telus to fix my goddamn phone for over TWO AND A HALF HOURS, and then my laptop shit the bed?

Remember that night? I will.  Cause it's also the night I punched my laptop screen and broke it (after it shit the bed and wouldn't load anymore... I'm not paying $250 to fix it again when I can get a new laptop for $400) (that doesn't mean I should have punched it).

And in the process I scared the shit out of the manfriend (who probably thinks I'm batshit crazy now and I'll never see him again).

And then I went in my room and cried for 10 minutes.

While still on hold with Telus.

I think I may want to consider going back on my little pills if Telus pisses me off so much that I now need to buy a new computer.

Fuck.

PS. I'm still on gaddamn hold.

Update... after 2.5 hours on hold, the guys at the Telus Support twitter account said hang up and try again. I was pissed, but I did. And I got someone right away. They rebooted some stuff in the background, and hopefully my phone service isn't fucked tomorrow. And I talked them into no charges for the last two weeks... or until my phone starts working like a $700 phone should. Now I just have to figure out what I'm going to replace my laptop with - another cheap laptop or a Mac? I don't know if I'm a Mac girl - they're pretty, but I just don't know!
