Death to Hackers

by - Wednesday, August 17, 2011

To all of you that have recently received a plea from me for money because I was robbed in Spain... it's the work of hackers.  Spain is actually one of the few countries in Western Europe I've never been to... if they'd said the Czech Republic it may have been a little more believable.

The bastards went as far as deleting all of my sent mail, my contacts (or maybe I did that myself after I changed all my passwords, I don't know, but I now have no contacts, which isn't really a big deal because I kind of wondered why most of those people were in my contact list to begin with) and changing my "reply-to" email to something ending in ymail.com and having all of my mail forward to the ymail.com address too.

I've since changed all my passwords at least once, and think I have everything sorted out. I think. I hope.

Fuckers.  I hope they get their just punishment, hopefully in the form of something extremely painful and long lasting.

I just got that on my work email which is really weird because I don't use it for person stuff like the rest of the staff here. I laughed and deleted. Love Mo

  2. More interesting to me was that on google reader your post showed up with a CHRIST ad and all I could think is that it was linked to your "death to hackers" title. So that kind of made my day.

    Sorry about your email.

You're like the 10th person I've heard that's happened to. Hackers suck hairy ball sacks.

  4. Ugh. I'm so sorry it went that far, deleting contacts, sent mail, etc. Death to hackers indeed.
