Welcome 2009...

I really wanted to have a kick ass first post for 2009. But alas, my humor and wit has taken a turn in the same direction as my sleeping habits - right into the shitter. I am so beyond screwed when I have to get up for work on Monday.

So far 2009 has been... laid back and hockey-filled. Between freezing my ass off in my old arena (where they haven't changed the decor or the music since about 1995 apparently) watching parts of the World U17 Men's Hockey Challenge (where I also managed to get gum on the ass of my pants...) and watching the World Junior Hockey Championships (GO CANADA!) and NHL games on the TV, I will seriously be surprised if my eyes aren't rink-shaped by the end of the weekend.

And now, because I am kind of attached to the TV for about the next 11 hours watching hockey, I have decided to take dusting to a whole new level. That level includes me moving stuff and dusting under things. And washing things. And using Pledge.

I will make someone a good little wife one day... not only have I had practice at it (being a wife that is - and they do say practice makes perfect), but I am one mean duster.
